My eldest had an imaginary friend dragon name Duncan starting when he was around 2 1/2. I’m not sure when Duncan “left”. (How old Alex was)

This reminds me of a movie about a young woman who has a return of her imaginary friend. When she is taken to where imaginary friend’s version of a hospital she cannot see the other IF’s. Something about “Fred”.
