Yup Shamies, back pain, shoulder pain, chest/stomach/abdominal pain now as I have an ulcer (ran in my family)…..in addition to the rare lung condition(Langerhans cystic fibrosis) I was in the hospital for 21 days…..
I remember my grandfather telling me that the reason for cultivating many interests was that as you aged there would always been something to enjoy in life. I really didn’t know what he meant until now and particularly in watching friends who have been super active all their lives starting to suffer from the accumulation of injuries and trying to find something that they can do.
