Today is:

National Day of Encouragement. We could all use some of that these days.

National Video Games Day. I play a few computer games every day – just Solitaire, usually. Sometimes Mahjong too.

National Chocolate Milkshake Day. These past few days, it’s been to cold out to even think about having a chocolate milkshake. It’s been more like hot cocoa weather. It’s expected to start getting warmer today (maybe up to 70°), so maybe I can start thinking about a milkshake now.

We got an extra dose of wildfire smoke today. It’s been annoying but today was bad, I can barely see the church steeple 10 blocks away, downtown is just GONE. Noend in sight for the weekend.
