I took one law course in my entire life. It focused on product liability and intellectual property. Patents and copyrights have a limited life time so that others can use the technology and knowledge and advance it and no one person has rights to it in perpetuity.
Then there is Mickey Mouse who has outlived every legal action to make him non-proprietary.
Read the business name again. Copywriters, not Copyrighters. Two completely different things. This is a company that writes copy, hence the blank signs.
