    Not true. It’s still on the disk somewhere so recovery by an expert is possible. Of course, someone who checks his lists twice would have a backup.

    Nah, even things deleted from the Recycle Bin can recovered. As long as the file(s) is/are not written over they still exist on your drive somewhere!
