    I met you

    Before the fall of Rome

    And I begged you

To let me take you home

    You were wrong

    I was right

    You said, goodbye

    I said, good night

    It’s all been done

    It’s all been done

It’s all been done, done before

Well, it’s predictable that we will have 400,000 Americans dead from covid by the inauguration. Thanks to Trump. “We want them infected.”

It was maybe less predictable that we would also have 5 American deaths from a Trump incited insurrection. But we have that, too. Also thanks to Trump.

And the FBI predicting more violence between now and 20-Jan.

Latest I heard is that the Washington Monument will be closed that day. I assume that includes the entire plaza.

Finally, Trump’s inauguration will be bigger than someone else’s.

But no, even I don’t think that’s very funny.

Nice try at word play, Scott, but still a swing and miss.

This is all on Fox. Their addicts left them for Newsmax when they cut the product with talcum powder.

Trump flowered in fields they fertilized.

They told their victims that Black Lives protesters were a violent mob. They’re telling them that the capitol mob was just a riot.

They fomented revolution as surely as Trump did. And they still are.

If Parler is shut down, thank God, why is Fox still allowed to spread poison?

I am sticking with my prediction of 1M dead by early February 2022. We still have a large percentage of that more than 70M vote wasters who refuse to mask and who believe that any vaccine is a mind-controlling gene-changing deep state conspiracy.

It does not bother them a bit to clog the healthcare system or cause a collapse in some areas as they whine into a hospital crying for help.

Almost too “On the nose”, Cruz & Hawley should be unable to seek reelection.

Impeachment Isn’t the Only Option Against Trump

By Deepak Gupta and Brian Beutler — Emerging from the wreckage of the Civil War, Congress was deeply concerned that former leaders of the Confederacy would take over state and federal offices to once again subvert the constitutional order. To prevent that from happening, Congress passed the 14th Amendment, which in Section 3 bars public officials and certain others who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the Constitution from serving in public office. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/12/opinion/Trump-impeachment-disqualification.html

Listening to Trump back to the “Witch Hunt” line.

Already documented above, the “Let’s move on” line.

Maybe it’s time to call the (once) party of Lincoln what it has become:

We no longer have a Republican Party.

    We have the Confederate Party.

And maybe that’s what they’ve been all along.

Certainly since the days of Nixon.

    Reagan worse.

Trump, not just the worst, but the only logical conclusion.

    “We have the Confederate Party.”

Can we call it something they don’t like?

I seem to remember that all the divisiveness and anger started about the same time as fox news. I wonder if there’s any connection?
