Len seems to be a bit reluctant to admit there’s a problem here.
The Humane Society here is STRONGLY advising that cats be kept inside at all times. We have coyotes loose in the neighborhood and a number of cats have fallen victim.
Cats should be kept at home so they aren’t out using neighbor’s gardens for litter boxes.
Heh, good luck with that—if a cat wants out, then darn it, it’s going to find a way out.
They’d probably have better luck trying to find the other cat or critter he’s been fighting with and see if anything can be done from that end.
and punish him even more……
