Pinky: “Hey Brain! What are we gonna do for Valentine’s Day this year?” Brain: “Same thing we do every Valentine’s Day, Pinky. Try to take over the world.”
The point of Valentine’s Day is to honor the love you have for your significant other. Valentine’s Day is useless anyway, you should treat that person like that every day..
what is wrong with chocolates, flowers and dinner…. especially since it is more than a lot of women get. just having someone dote over you for an evening would be a great pick me up.
For hubby and my Valentine’s Day we had to cancel, COVID our son has that and lives with us, I not got my test result back. And no church have to watch online. Even worse my body tells me no more chocolate, I lived with no chocolate for more more then 40 years.
Mine sent me the link to order what she wants (Mickey Mouse cake pans) and told me to order what I want (A King’s Ransom by Sharon Kay Penman. Penman’s Lionheart was my birthday present last week).
My hubby was a good provider but, didn’t have a sentimental bone in his body. Our first Valentine’s Day he bought candy for me but, never again. I always bought the kind I wanted. (:-D)

After you’ve been married a while, it gets pretty hard to surprise your spouse.

Well, I’m an honest cop and she’s happy with that. She doesn’t expect a ridiculous fully loaded photo studio from me to prove my love.
