He’s trying to out do her with a wild story of how tough he is

Okay! So she did do some actual skiing, after all.

You can’t be too hard on Dexter; even a mature adult would find it tough to see the girl he likes, getting wined and dined and giving all her attention to another boy.

per the next day comic that is Dexter who had to interrupt Sunny and tell his story about what he did.

I thought Sunny only rode the ski lift but didn’t ski! Guess she tried at least once – more than I did or will!
