This is where Duffy’s haint talisman should come into play. It chased off the toothbrush monstrosity in the previous dimension, and if this is the same entity possessing this guy that was in the toothbrush monstrosity, it should work. Go to it, Duffy!

This seems like a perfectly appropriate time to say “YIKES!!”

I think that the “Eye” is obsessed with Wally ant the others because it can’t take them over.

I know Neathery has done spooky things in the past, but now this story is becoming REALLY spooky!

Looks as if Eye is completely corrupting the system. I wonder if ANY Topsider is unaffected now?

I think the “Eye” or “Jim” realizes the same thing the Topsiders do: that Wally is the key to everything that’s happening

The one Topsider who treated them decently and explained things is getting eaten by the Eye monster. Crap!

Between Kirbee’s “Haint Charm” clutched in Duffy’s sweaty fist, & Wally’s “Little Bag O’ Ditto Tricks” it is surely time for our boys to exit “stage any direction”.

At first I thought that “Eye” was transmitting images and/or messing with the Topsider suit video feeds to show the images we see in the panels. But those images also show the subtle lattice of the gate diagrams as an “overlay”. But what if the gate lattice diagram is the only thing Eye is transmitting and that pattern is corrupting the “software” of the Topsiders’ minds? Then the nasty images are coming from inside the Topsider’s heads as they go insane. That’s probably bad, right?

The eyes have it.

I dreamed I was showing this comic to a friend. The day’s comic showed a Topsider in Endtown who had a theory about removing his uniform while awake and staying human, and a Typhoid Mary asks him “Do you want your last rational thought to be ‘@#$%! my theory was wrong!’”.
