I have a good sister and a bad sister. We think she is evil but we are nice and just refer to her as bad sister.

I have a great sister.

You CAN be both. . .depends on the “situation”. . .

If you have more than one sister you are probably both. I know that in my recently deceased wife’s family all of her aunts think they are good and they all think the others are evil.
