Had my second dose of Pfizer yesterday morning and so far have had no reaction other than a sore arm, felt a bit dragged last night with a few muscle aches, and had a tiny headache that went away on its own.

As of this hour it’s 3 weeks since my second Pfizer today. 1st shot – sore arm like a flu shot. 2nd shot – sore arm, a little tired (took a nap), woke up having chills and a headache but that passed in 1/2 hour.
But I have had a couple of other side effects. One is a severe case of happy feet that hasn’t subsided. The other is a growing elation every time I hear of others getting vaccinated. Wife is getting her 2nd Saturday – more elation. Son becomes eligible Monday. And hopefully Pfizer gets approval for 12 through 15 year olds soon so that my daughter can stop worrying.
My whole family (12 of them) got vaccinated at once. Everyone from ages 27 to 48 came down with aches, chills, a fever, etc., but everyone 49+ felt completely normal.
Son had the Pfizer vaccine he works at the grocery store which has a pharmacy, he did not complain of sore arm, but next day called in sick, he slept for 24 hours, was sick from that vaccine. We are waiting on vaccine, hubby goes in May to cardiologist, not doing J&J, if we do maybe Pfizer.
My daughter and I get our second shot on the 27th. I will be getting the Moderna and she will be getting the Pfizer. It will be interesting to see how we each react to our second shots. We are the last in our immediate family to get our vaccines (me, my daughter, my sister, my BIL, my mom, one niece and her fiancé). We are going to feel (mentally, emotionally) so much better once we all are vaccinated. My mom is 87 and she is the main reason we have been so worried and eager to get vaccinated. Fortunately, NONE of us (that we know of) have had the coronavirus/covid 19. Yes, I know you can have it and not know it, but we have been so cautious and no one in the family has had it – and we are a large, extended family (another two nieces – one who is married and has 7 children, and my BIL’s 2 kids and their spouses and kids) – so I am pretty sure if one person had it, we would know.
after I got the first half my arm hurt more than usual after getting a shot, but by the day after it was fine and I didn’t feel any other side effects, gonna get the second half in just under 2 weeks now
I’ve had both Pfizers. My arm was a little sore after the first, but not the second. I had no other reactions, except after the first, I had a little “brain fog” in the evening. I hadn’t heard about that as a possible side effect, so I didn’t think much about it. I was watching TV, with the captions on, and for a little while, I couldn’t seem to follow the captions. Later I heard that was a possible side effect. Has anyone else experienced that, or heard about it?
The pain of the injection came later and left soon. No bruising. I feel tired but that was because of losing an hour. It does it to me every year. Takes me months to adjust.
It’s funny how different people react. One of my co-workers had to call off sick for a week following both of her shots. My niece-in-law thought that she was going to die. I felt a little off for a day, like a bit of ’flu.

Getting my second dose today. After my first dose, my arm was sore and my head hurt. Not sure if it was from the vaccine, or the damn pollen.

The day after our second vaccination, both my husband and I had the chills and body aches. Day following that, back to normal.

Don’t relax too much. You can still get sick if you stop taking the basic precautions..

A vaccine that lets you wear a mask in public and do nothing different than what you’ve been doing for the last year. Awesome!

I had a hellish week at work leading up to my second shot
I worked the night before and my shot was at 2pm, a time I’m usually asleep
I did feel like crud for a couple of days, but I can’t say for sure how much of it was vaccine reaction

Lethargy is a well known side effect, as are swollen arms, fever, headaches.
