I think this strip is sheer brilliance, and even when I don’t get all the references, I can get the humor and cheekiness. I hope they are able to continue.
I just can’t understand the motivation to be cruel, if you don’t like it simply stay away. After Narbonic it took me a while to warm to Skin-horse but now I am addicted
Oh, thank heavens! I admit I cried a bit with relief and joy when I looked at this site this morning and saw a strip.
I really love Skin Horse, and I’m going to grieve when it ends its run, and the thought of it ending prematurely because the creators aren’t getting the kudos they deserve is honestly devastating.
However, if Aimee has admin rights to the VR, she should be controlling the exchange rate. I guess they use something similar to bitcoin, although it might take more compute power than they have.
We’re not out of the woods yet here on GoComics. There’s a contractual requirement to deliver until contract period is up. No such requirement on your own website. I guess we just write our positive comments of support and wait.
Maybe Shaenon could take a page from her characters playbook. They are continually being mocked, belittled, and criticized, but they keep on, because they know that fighting the good fight, and being yourself, against all odds, is part of living a great life and giving the finger to losers.
