Salad is always vegetables!

I like salads, but the problem with them is when they are cold, they loose a lot of their flavor. Salads taste best at room temperature.

Unfortunately, restaurants make them up in bulk and refrigerate them: some too much. It’s a matter of regulation and economics.

Even at home, we make salads from refrigerated ingredients. However, we do have to option to make them early and let them “warm up.”

Don’t forget to swallow.

If you can taste the vegetables, you’re not using enough dressing!

Needs more ranch dressing then.

Wonder if he is saying that to prove the virus did not cause his taste buds to fail. Lots of us wonder about that from time to time.

Salad isn’t food; salad is what food eats.

So, he either recovered from Covid-19 quite awhile ago, or never got it. For the past several months, I am noticing again smells and tastes I haven’t experienced for almost a year.

I once worked with a woman who got a Caesar’s salad from the cafeteria. Later, someone asked her how it was, and she said: “It was good, but there was too much lettuce, in it.”

Am I missing a good joke? Or any joke? I don’t get it.

That’s why I never use salad dressing, which is also where most of the calories are.

But no to plant based beer! /s
