There is a principle in aerial warfare that the pilot who has “the shot” takes the lead and the other pilot falls back to the wing position to protect and support.
In our lives, my wife and I have changed lead numerous times.
I would agree with Aunty here. Not necessarily about her, but generally speaking, also to include a Tribe of equally successful women who are cheering her on. It should be noted that to me “Success” doesn’t always mean being filthy rich. It means being a genuinely good person who has successfully made a difference in the world around her and welcomed those others who need a hand up.
