Worry Wonk has been living in my house for several years: I stay up at night and sleep for an hour or two in the afternoon. And this also happened to me when I was working and had to work the shift from 6AM to 2PM.

Pretty soon you won’t ever again go closer than 6 feet of another person and you won’t ever again go anywhere without wearing a mask. And then you won’t ever again leave your house.

You won’t really have freedom and you may still live in worry and fear – but (at least) you’ll “be alive” – that’s all that matters – right?

The wheels keep turning and churning …..one other reason there are sleepless nights is the cell, iPads, computers etc. Tuen them off @8:00 pm and you’ll sleep better!

“So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is … fear itself — nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance. In every dark hour of our national life a leadership of frankness and of vigor has met with that understanding and support of the people themselves which is essential to victory.”
