They’ll have to get another dog – to protect Buckles.

That reminds me of the time Jon was trying to train Garfield as an attack cat, by using a dummy as the burglar for Garfield to attack, but of course, it didn’t work out too well.

Beware of the dog, you might trip over him….

Sounds like Alice, my dearly missed pitbull mix. But she would have turned into a vicious beast if necessary.

Jil needs a new husband for Buckles.

After all the comics I’ve seen in which bad dogs go too far, this is a relief.
