Jitters? Arlo doesn’t get jitters, he gets the vapors.

If Arlo is tense, then it is time for Janis to light the candle.

Arlo doesn’t look tensed. He does look pis$ed.

He doesn’t look jittery and he doesn’t look tense. If anything he looks angry. How angry and with whom is the question.

No reason Gene should worry too.

Why is Arlo pissed?

Janis needs to relax him before they go, and he will be fine.

OK. NOW he’s tense.

This will get worse before it improves.

Arlo is just being Arlo!

Arlo is about to get angry… or his ashes hauled… or both.

Was there a power failure last night (on his part)?

Confused. Arlo is retired and was asked to help. He helped doing stuff he normally doesn’t, but he did his best. Why is everyone treating this this way? Arlo, if I were you, I would go to the boat and go sailing. Let them worry about the work.

Why is he “tense”? Maybe because his grown kids can’t stand on their own two feet without Mommy and Daddy’s help?

Talk time……

He gets tense.

Reminds me of my dad. He gets pissed when he appears overwhelmed to others.

If I was getting that stressed out about doing something I wouldn’t be doing it. what ever his son needs done, he needs to be taking care of it. Seen enough older men die from trying to do to much, be it pride or a feeling of responsibility. Trust me its not worth dying over.

I’ve been following Arlo and Janis for many years, and I think Arlo is frustrated because he can cook fabulous meals in his own kitchen for Janis, but he’s having some issues trying to cook in the bistro with Gene.

He just misses Luddy. We all do!
