Why cooked one-handed?

I had that one for lunch yesterday…it was alright.

Four fried chickens and a Coke, and dry white toast.

I experienced one of those “greatest sandwiche” last week. Prime rib with Gouda, onion rings, and aioli on an Italian bread roll. (Sighs dreamily)

…Must be talking about a Cuban sandwich with salami!

Sorry, but you’re too late – the “greatest sandwich ever made” has already been served…

That “with fries” brought to mind that when I was a fry cook at a Bonanza Sirloin Pit long ago, we communicated to each other whether the diner had requested french fries or a baked potato with “grease plate” and “dirt plate”.
