At my old job we had to do “self reviews”. I always pointed out that while I might not be the best engineer in the world but I certainly was one of the top three. Regarding Pig’s situation I believe that most folks actually know what’s wrong with them…but refuse to recognize that knowledge or just don’t want to make the effort to change.

My dad says that the problem is that too many people don’t have any common sense; that’s why they don’t have the clarity to try to solve these problems by themselves.
