The cabinet I had used

And much to my chagrin I saw

I love Elvis’ skeptical, but listening face.

That is actually a very healthy attitude. One should always be skeptical of what one is being told, but willing to listen to another person’s opinion (at least, to a point).

Aw, the one male cat Elvis respects (other than himself) has got his attention.

Tommy’s words carry a lot of weight with Elvis so he may be okay with the new hutch/box in time.

Cats can be finicky about their litter accomodations. That is for sure. Some of my cats like a covered litter box while others have refused one so I have learned to always have an alternate facility available when introducing a new covered box to avoid unpleasant surprises.

I plan to have at least one covered box for the kids. We had one cat who preferred them.

I love the image of rotund Tommy and his little feet on the credenza.

Well, Tommy? If it makes you feel better, Blossom would call that a present.

I love what Sophie has done with that litter credenza! The addition of the moon is a sophisticated nod to outhouses of yore. It will also match their Woman’s purple hammock. Well done, Sophie!

What lovely background colors today – they complement the credenza and Sophie’s pretty tulle skirt.

My cats also do that elegant crossed paws that Sophie’s showing us in panel three.

Sophie looks absolutely gorgeous, dahlings.

I doesn’t thinks cabinet kitty litters is a good idea. The kitties can confuses other cabinets to be overglorified litter boxes too and dumps in em.

And that terrible mistake is a good reason not to have liter boxes disguised as cabinets.

This is not to be confused with the Cat in the Hat’s Moss-Covered Three Handled Family Gredunza.

Panel 4 reminds me of a Shel Silverstein cartoon where Shell is apologizing to a VERY irate Queen’s Guard glaring into a small striped guard post hut: “Well it was an HONEST mistake! And I AM sorry. And I WILL clean it up…”
