Went to IKEA today to buy a couch …couch was on the floor, but it’s out of stock, forever. Why is it still on the floor? And then we found out that the restaurant was out of all items on the menu except mashed potatoes, green beans and meatballs. Grrr.

Did buy an Anthurium plant in the Last Chance area. Poor thing was drooping over its pot. A lot of water and it’s perking up nicely!

This reminds me of an episode of Laverne and Shirley where they get interviewed by a tv reporter.

I bet Oliver says hi, all right!

I used to walk two cats in old growth redwoods. They enjoyed trotting along fallen redwood trunks forty feet off the ground. I watched as they had a right-of-way dispute and one of the cats tumbled down. I held my breath until he meowed, “I’m OK. I landed in humus.”

Ever wonder what a crossover between Ten Cats and Breaking Cat News would be like? Probably something like today’s comic. Hope Oliver gets down alright. On another note, saw two rabbits, a sparrow, and two dragonflies while out walking today.
