It was mentioned yesterday that she could not possibly distract Tracy long enough for the guys to five-finger that time drone and its attendant facilities so perhaps there is another reason for her to be with Tracy. Is she looking for something or perhaps plant some kind of bug to listen in on shop talk that would give an advantage to Ace’s scheme ?

Ohhh, she gets the fancy MCU cup with the red lettering! Dick sure knows how to treat a lady!!!

So… In the new timeline did Tracy tangle with Pruneface? He was a Nazi spy, which is before Tracy’s time (as it now stands). Maybe he was a Soviet spy when Tracy tangled with him in the new timeline, or perhaps Tracy never tangled with Pruneface as it now stands? (The dialogue says the Department handled Pruneface, which means it could have happened during WW II and before Tracy’s ‘time’.)

She’s buttering up ole’ Tracy!!!

Maybe it’s a article full of embarrassing bloopers, like Boris Arson.

2-SUKI: No problem. I’ve had so much success in my profession that I’ve developed thick callouses from polishing so many German Helmets.

DT: What a strange occupation. Do you work for yourself or for a company?

3-SUKI: I’m on my own now. The fellows I used to work for were making too much money from my efforts so I had ‘em polished off.

DT: Oh, you’re using the vernacular of your job to say you ousted them. Clever.

SUKI: No. If I was being clever in that fashion I would’ve said I blew ‘em away or I sent them up the old dirt road or I made sure that they’ll never come around me again.

DT: Hmmm. Ok. Uhhh, more coffee?

Who is Blackjack?

Ms. Rose, today reminds me of another character…Brenda Starr. Wasn’t she also a red head a reporter?

The criminals are all easy to find. They look weird and their names are descriptive.

Whoa.Pruneface looks even worse than I remember him.

Go back to when Freezdrei revived Pruneface and you’ll see Locher’s art at its best.

For half the story,he managed to make him look like a harmless old grandfatherly type.Then his real scheme came and he was drawn as an out-and-out horror show.

Check out the “car ambush” scene;with his late wife stalking Tracy in t he rain as the inspiration.

The Brow’s picture seems to be based on the 1960’s cartoons.In the 1944 strip,he wasn’t a smoker.

I always liked Pruneface

Smart move by Tracy, tanking her up on what passes for coffee at the break room; she’ll have to take a bathroom break soon enough, and he’ll be able to collect his wits.

I still wonder if she may turn out to be Junior’s long-lost birth-sister….
