Reading through comments, I’d like to say that back in 1995, when I was first hired at the post office as a clerk, we had a series of meetings and restructuring that was a push to get more mail shipped by trucks because it was more reliable than by planes. The US mail was the first thing to hit the tarmac was the saying at AMFs (Airport Mail Facilities). This was hammered on us over a series of months. The latest push by DeJoy is nothing more or less than that same recognition back in 1995. It will be more reliable, but in certain circumstances it could take longer. Yes, DeJoy should go, like yesterday, but this latest restructuring is not necessarily bad. But the media takes everything and runs with it.

Instead of improving service, dejoy is taking us back to the “pony express”. Disgusting POS leftover from the previous administration!

I remember when the Postmaster General used to be one of the most powerful positions in the United States. They used to be on the president’s cabinet.

Pad your delicate shipments because you can count on poor handling somewhere in the chain.

Ever notice how the bills arrive 2 days after they are posted but it takes two weeks for your payment to get back to them? Even before DeJoyless.

Everything DeJoy buys should be delivered by the USPS. (Not that Biden is any quicker; 7 months and DeJoy still has a job.)
