The problem with buckypedia is that it allows anyone to edit it

Something’s missing with shaved monkey. Oh, I know! Designating the anatomical part of the shaving. It’s simple when you know how.

Now we have to find a way to use “Websterize” in normal conversation.

I remember when ‘overheating processor’ was the AMD calling card (90’s).

If it were me, I’d trade him in for a model that’s less Bucky, I mean buggy.

Never thought I’d say this, but I’m with Bucky. Dictionaries merely document. If you use it and I understand it, it’s a word. If people use it enough, it will get websterized.

Bucky’s a first class weed, but he’s not wrong about this. Usage creates wordage, “verbing weirds language,” and our medium of communication is in a state of constant flux. It’s a slow creep, but words are being added to Webster’s all the time. Blogosphere, w00t, truthiness, yeet, webinar, and so many more: these are terms old Wilhelm Schackspär never even dreamed of, yet here we are. <3 Me, I think it’s magnificent.

Websterized: Is that as in the world wide web, Noah Webster, or the little Black kid from 80’s TV ?

Ha! Awesome dialogue in this one. I especially like “With all due disrespect” and (for some reason) “shaved monkey”. The image of Rob making contact with Bucky’s head in the last panel is frosting on the cake, too. Made me LOL.
