So, 9 or 10 years later, she’ll be a senior in HS. That makes her about 8 or 9… and about in 3rd grade?
She could have been practicing to be a future host of Jeopardy.
Miss Plainwell (if she had been playing too) could have responded (depending on the category) with something like “Where is insulin produced?”.
More interesting would be if she had said Pan Galacitic Gargle Blaster!

I’m trying to imagine what question Miss Plainwell could actually have asked that inspired that kid to say “Pancreas.”
I believe we first had anatomy in 4th grade science.
