I guess I was wrong about Joanne being one floor below Ace’s office. I guess the radar on Sam’s wrist device who the two guys waiting on the second floor at the elevator, instead of the stairs, and that that guy with the glasses and the brief case. At least those four are arrested. The big guys should be next.

Glad to see that Sam geared up and brought SWAT with him. The last couple raids in previous stories have been amateur hour.

When will the shooting start?

Question: The members with the black stealth suits (that’s just what I call them), are they considered higher up the ladder as far as position with the Apparatus? I originally thought the suits and masks indicated that these particular members were guards, killers, henchmen/henchwomen, militant officers of some kind but Ace and the Jack wear them as well as a ponytail female and possibly a few others. They’re not all “bosses”. Will my fellow armchair detectives enlighten me a bit? Thanks in advance.

Why is Sam playing Go on his device during a raid?

Um, fine, we’ve got satellite technology it can read heat signatures in a building while hundreds of miles in space – how does it know what floor the heat signatures are coming from? Wouldn’t everyone in the building show? It can differentiate between a human and a hot water pipe? Or, conversely, the wrist communicator now – in addition to GPS, transmitter, holographic projector, browser, receiver, and other technology built in – can do thermal imaging as well?

If we don’t know who the boss is, they’re certainly going through a lot of trouble to set up a “big reveal” for nothing.

I’m having trouble understanding panel 2. What is the long-haired bad guy facing – a mirror? Glass elevator doors? But it looks there is someone behind the glass. Or is that just a shadow?

All I want for Christmas is a BO plenty story.

Oops! The cops outsmarted the gang on the second floor, thanks to Sam’s Wrist Wizard bio-sign locator app, and have the drop on them (plus the advantages of heavier weaponry and body armor): I imagine they’ll surrender without a fight if they have any smarts at all. So far the round-up at Apparatus HQ is going well, and I expect it will be done by or even before Sunday (readers’ time)….
