True; Annie brings food but where is the heat ?  No propane or kerosene heaters for these guys and no power for electric heaters. They need to move to a dry room when it rains.

But a leaky roof only affects the top story. If they stay on the lower levels of the warehouse, they should remain dry. Still cold because of all the broken windows, but not wet. And Annie feeds them so they can’t be that hungry.

I note the warehouse is now listing to the left. This does not bode well. I hope Annie can find a new home for the clowder before the whole kit and caboodle collapses on them.

Well maybe this ISN’T the end after all!

I just realized that I didn’t look at the comics last night. I was so tired. I had the contents of my storage unit delivered, and spent yesterday unpacking boxes and trying ( and mostly failing to cram everyone in someplace. Everytime I unpacked a box I would think " oh no, where am I going to put this"….

A Pledge Drive will help. (I’ve been watching a LOT of PBS lately). Theme …… CATS IN NEED. DIRE NEED> HALP!!!!!

All they have to do is show Oliver, and the cash will come rolling in! (Hopefully.) I mean, who can resist a sweetie like Oliver? On another note, saw four wrens while out walking today.

Made it back home to San Diego this afternoon. Got checked in at the lodge at the Pt Loma sub base. We’re right on the water and have a balcony. It’s the first floor and the waters’ edge can’t be more than 50 feet from us. Even being the bottom floor, it’s still up about 6 steps so it’s not directly on the ground. Our friends came over and we played our dice game while watching all sorts of ships and boats come and go.Cruise lines, Navy patrol boats, tugboats, a huge private yacht, some kayakers and all sizes of sail boats. We still have thebalcony door open so I can listen to the waves.

Graham knows how to build up the suspense! Dogsled is a bit on the drag this morning ;-)

I hope the warehouse ceiling didn’t collapse on Graham! Maybe he got knocked out.

Drat! I worked too hard yesterday and now I’m so gosh darn tired, I have to go to bed without my nightly dose of Ten Cats. I’m so sleepy, I’m nearly falling out of my chair.
