I would hate to have Carmen’s grandfather as my (paternal non-Latter-day Saint) grandfather. At least the died of old age a few months before my older brother was born.
My father would mix a bottle of rum with mint and the concoction was called chichaito. He would be calling you friend after an hour of sharing this with you.

Consumables people like are always good gifts. However, you should usually stay away from the rum fruitcake. The rum alone IS Okay though……
