This orchestra will never play as there will be legal problems with anything and nothing until the orchestra members are all dead. Maybe even legal issues after that too.
The concert band I play in, the Columbia Community Concert Band, is a 501C(3) nonprofit corporation which follows the law quite well. We also adhere to copyright laws as well. The director forbids the recording of the program for the purpose of posting on facebook or youtube or other social media unless we have the permission of the composer/arranger in writing.
