National App Day. I hope that means my Walmart work app works today. It didn’t work all day yesterday. They better get it operating better before they get rid of our scanners!
I put up my Christmas tree on Thursday. I knew I had to take a picture fast, because I didn’t expect it to look like this for long. Well, most of it still looks good, but the cats (especially Molly – after all, it’s her first Christmas tree) have been having fun with it. Now the ornaments, lights and bead garland on the bottom row of branches have been knocked off. I hate to think how it might look in 2 or 3 more days! But here it is before Molly got to it.
We had rain ALL DAY yesterday. I’m sure glad it was rain and not snow (and it wasn’t cold enough to be freezing rain). I don’t know how much we’d have gotten if it had been snow, but I bet it would have been a lot.
Ordering things, like the TC ornaments: the website says shipping is within 1-2 days. It lied. Big time. Just got off the phone with customer service and it’s taking a lot longer than 1-2 days. So, if you’re thinking about ordering anything for Christmas gifts, good luck.
@sweetpeapete: Dear Beth, I hope you and your family are doing well and that you were spared from the bad tornadoes that hit your state, Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, and Illinois.
Awwwwwww, this is both heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. I really hope this isn’t the end. I really hope that somehow, Ten Cats continues. On another note, saw three wrens, four golden crowned kinglets, and a towhee while out walking today.
