He deducted what he gave to the poor as a charitable contribution. Smart guy. Win-win.

It’s okay to be a rat as long as you pay off the fink. Professional courtesy, and all that.

The little fink doesn’t mind what you do with your life, just so long as he gets his.

Illinois politician have been promising to do that for years and they have. Problem is, the people with money are leaving the state. Bad plan.

Just don’t forget to claim the value of your stolen goods on you 1040. IRS Publication 17…..Income from illegal activities, such as money from dealing illegal drugs, must be included in your income on Schedule 1 (Form 1040), line 8z, or on Schedule C (Form 1040) if from your self-employment activity,” read the 2021 the IRS guidelines.

The guidelines also require that those who steal property must report fair market value as income in the year that the item was stolen. Of course, one can avoid paying taxes on such items so long as the person returns them to the person they were stolen from in the first place.

He doesn’t have a hood on, so “Robbing Hood” makes no sense.

Steal if you must but not from Uncle Sam. Some of the biggest gangsters were brought down for failing to declare their illegal income and went to prison for tax fraud.

It’s usually “stealing from the rich and giving to the poor.” What’s the “it”?
