I don’t blame Garfield. I got Valentine’s day donuts with chocolate icing and sprinkles and can barely wait to eat them.

    It appears that donuts have become ’Garfield’s’ favorite food—supplanting lasagna ! ! ! !

So Gafield’s doughnut philosophy is “Why put off until tomorrow what you can do today”?

Garfield may need an accountant if he really plans to track how far he’s advanced himself on his daily limit of donuts. Fortunately, as the star of a highly successful comic strip, he can afford to hire one. Even better, he can simply ask himself, “Why am I bothering to set a daily limit on donuts?” and be done with it.
