I don’t think “education” is the right word. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I have heard schools are replacing analog clocks with digital clocks because students don’t know how to read analogs. Apparently teaching kids how to read analog clocks is too difficult, smh.
A new Pearl record. Taking a sweeping social commentary and making it partisan in the very first comment. Until we get past us and them we can’t be “We The People”. Box of smartness should start with a lesson on civility!
They have no idea about the toxic glue, carbon dioxide buildup, and no light will put them swiftly into a near death experience. We will chant “go to the light” for a half hour.
Bit of a reminder I’m gonna have to dig out a book or six for something I’m working on. Sure I can look it up online, but in this case I’d trust a few books for what I need.
Reading is good. But isn’t it a bit dark for reading when sealed in the “Magic Box O’ Smartness”? Should we then bring our own flashlights, Rat, like when we read under the covers in bed when we were young?

But what kind of books? Are they revised history by Bill O’Reilly? Then you’re just making them dumber.
