ZING!

This is one of the few times I see Knute without his trademark grin. Glad to hear over on the current Luann that Mr. F is now a successful author. I wonder if any of his interaction with “challenging” students like Knute helped him along that path by providing motivation or perhaps a key concept for a plot or sub-plot of one of his novels? Anyhow, rare burn by Mr Fogarty on Knute!

As for Knute, we know he did go to the Community College along with Crystal and Luann but it would be interesting to see whatever became of him, some seem to think he had a future, perhaps he is helping Crystal with her art/welding or perhaps he is just like many 20 years olds, taking classes, working part time jobs (Wienie World?) and trying to figure out what he wants in life, kind of like Luann. I always thought it would be cool if he turned out to be Nil’s room mate or something like that to bring him (and Crystal) back into the strip!

Knute has been on a constant vacation since we were first introduced.

I miss Knute.

I can’t help but think that isn’t just a cheesy mustache but just boogers

Maybe he found himself in programming and made a lot of money so he can pay other people to work for him while he hangs.

It is good that he has identified his problem and proposed a solution.

I guess we have been abandoned here. I also guess there is nothing we can do about it.
