When will the meteor hit?

Meteor strikes are like the weather, . . .

… and I feel fine…

On this date (February 18) in 1930, Clyde Tombaugh discovered a possible moving object by comparing pictures previously taken on photographic plates on January 23 & 29. This object became known as the planet (and now officially classified as a dwarf planet) Pluto.

How long will your cloud data last after you die?

Don’t worry, Pam, all the photons of light from the flashes will push the meteor just enough, so it will hit DC.

What? And you’re just standing there and complaining? Quick, send Bruce Willis and a motley crew at that meteor!

I’m not sure what effective action I could take in the face of a meteor strike. Why not take a photo?

If the meteor is that close, there probably isn’t much they could do to stop it, unless they have phasers. Maybe that’s tomorrow.
