Kick the guy to the left of the Fink out of the balloon, and substitute Blanch. Those two have enough hot air to get the balloon off the ground.

OK, where’s your heater. Your hot air may not be enough.

Put your politicians in the balloon. Dual purpose – hot air and counter weight. Toss them over when they are no longer useful.

The King’s long winded speech jokes in a hot air balloon takes me back to the older “Wizard of Id” comics. (Some things hardly ever change.)
