I saw chipmunks yesterday. Hibernation must be over.

Waiting for our local rattlesnake winter den to come alive in a few more weeks. Seriously! On a nice warm early spring morning we can easily and CAREFULLY find well over a dozen out getting their initial heat load on a particular rocky butte.. Very docile at this time, but we still give them space.

Flared pants. Either ahead or behind the fashion curve. Style rotation.

Where I grew up, the scavengers were seagulls. The hat makes perfect sense to me.

Not it it’s seagulls in the parking lot…

As long as the hat makes it more fun, it is not too much.

But scavenging crows are another issue! Then the helmet is essential.

I have a bunch of scavenging rodents! There at middle school today!

We still have lots of snow, and it snowed here yesterday.

The snow melts, now we have all the cigarette butts, the dog poo, the cinders spread on the streets…

Heavy duty boots and pants are the wardrobe for rodents (include jacket and gloves if you are dealing with ROUS versions)
