I think it’s less that LSH is extraordinarily splendid in appearance that’s his defining trait, but rather that he’s so splendidly humble about it and not so prone to flaunt it, at least by unicorn standards.
If we ever get to see him, he’ll probably be the dorkiest looking unicorn in existence. (Of course that could be him faking it, and his real appearance truly is splendid.)
