Elliot isn’t nearly responsible enough for a paper route. Can he even tie his own shoes?

Do paper routes even exist anymore (other than wide spread routes for adults in cars)? I mean, newspapers barely exist anymore.

For just a second, I thought he got a paper route for the hamster.

Mr.Squeeks did squeak but no one cared.

Hamster can have paper routes? Don’t they just shred the paper to make a nest?

I’d rather a scritch, but pet works.

There are no more Paperboys anymore the paper is delivered around 4:30am and the bill is paid by credit card. I was a paperboy from 72-79 when it was an afternoon paper. Save enough money to buy my first brand new Toyota Corolla in 1980

Pets are not toys that you can neglect. Be responsible with living things. They are alive, they are not toys.

His hamster had a paper route?

Mr. Squeaks died in a tragic paper route accident.

Our girls’ class had a hamster when they were in 2nd grade. They did the right thing and demurred bringing him home. We had several cats at that time and we wanted the hamster to continue to be there in the classroom for the kids.
