I have to say that I would never put a shelf of stuff right above the head of my bed. I’d always worry that it would somehow fall off the wall and kill me.
Very sad, both for Heart who would like to have some kind of connection with her biological dad, and for Antonio who is missing out on his daughter’s life.
Based. I know that’s not really a correct term to use for this situation, but BASED. And if this is how this storyline ends, this might be the best story of Steenz’s run so far.
For those saying her dad may have gotten into an accident and so his excuse was a valid one, I would like to remind you of the fable, “The Little Boy who Cried Wolf”. From Heart’s perspective, her dad isn’t supportive and has never been reliable so she’s tired of hearing his excuses. Had he been an active parent in her life then missing something this important would have had her worried and frantic and she would have answered his call but that’s simply not the case.

The right move, Heart. You’ve got a crown. Who needs a whiny dad-apology.

I could never imagine not being in my child’s life, I feel guilty enough not being there for my grand and great grand niece and nephews
