rest well Snoop!
er… yeah
I love these visual musical gags
That last panel must be the very high notes that only dogs may hear.
As soon as Snoopy walked up I thought “here comes treble”.
What song is this?
Snoopy appreciates the music, unlike Lucy
So it looks like quarter notes divided by a rest accompanied by bass notes will soothe you to sleep. Whereas high, shrill sixteenth notes with no bass will wake you up! I guess Schroeder wanted an awake audience.
I find music uplifting too.
Schroeder suddenly breaks into a rousing rendition of You ain’t nothin’ but a hound dog.
That’ll be bad for the back. Maybe not worse than sleeping on the roof of a doghouse.
That doesn’t look very comfortable.
This is not your doghouse, Snoopy!
His ears changed lengths.
That is some mad fourth wall breaking.
The third panel needs a rest or two.
when music lifts you to new heights of relaxation
I’m just happy the school building is gone.
Schroeder does not allow people to fall asleep during his concerts.
How’d he get up there, anyway? The gap between the first two panels must have skipped over some very interesting climbing or jumping.
Can Schroeder’s toy piano even play notes that high?
Better than seeing a chiropracter.
Arpeggiated pooch.
Does this mean that Schulz should be credited with the posture pedic bed idea?
Just giving Snoop a little back support.
Snoopy’s laying on top of Schroeder’s piece. That is so funny!
That shows music is elevating and levitating.
