I keep track of my weight on a daily basis. When it creeps up by a pound or two, I’ll work on correcting it then and there. No big diets for me.
Also, this gives me an opportunity to figure out those foods that put the pounds non. For me peanut butter (not peanuts themselves) seems to do this. I put on weight in a much greater proportion to the amount I eat.

Extra chins are like belly fat. Once added never subtracted. And dieting just makes those folds thinner but does not shrink the skin.
