I figured Stef’s role in this arc was not over; but her need to ask a discount and the chagrin shw appears to have in doing so leaves me wondering if she has some money issues. I see some dim possible paths for arc, to dim to go out on a limb yet.

That’s completely unlike stef to not dress to match, you’d think she’d be depicted in a black shirt and black shorts or red tank top and red shorts. An outfit that either hides her curves or REALLY accentuates them.

In the third panel, I am hoping that is a box with about 60 pounds of Steffi’s free weights. If you drop it right now, Tiff, it will land on Steffi’s feet. Then apologize and offer her a $2 discount. For the entire summer. Then reinforce the idea about how much Steffi will save on not being able to go to that dance camp now…

Tiff could have saved herself a lot of trouble by 1) charging a lot more for storage and 2) telling people that they were responsible for bringing things to the mansion within a certain time frame. And I’ll bet a lot of the folks end up not paying her – I don’t think she collected upfront.

Steff is supposed to pay $95 – watch – she only has $20 – and she has proved what kind of person she is by waiting until all of her stuff is in the truck. If she can’t pay in full unload all of her stuff and leave it on the curb. Tiffany has made a huge business mistake – she should have gotten her money up front. A totally predictable person like Steffanie would then not be able to pay for the following months. That’s when Tiff needs to donate it all to the local thrift store. Easy to do – just with your car. Three boxes at a time. They might even come pick it all up. Call it a lesson learned.

Simple question. Does anyone in this strip have believable hair? The girls favor a variety of helmets, except Bets and Tara. Then comes the boys: Piro, Nil, Gunther, Brad, Ox.

I once read a novel in which a grandmother would use a little Elmer’s glue in her grandbaby’s hair, because otherwise her cute little hair bow might come off. Grandma would just snip it off, if necessary, because it’s only baby hair. Something made me think of that. I don’t know why.
