Too soon.

Those ladders aren’t going to heal themselves

You tell, Frank he owes me. For loaning me a faulty ladder.

I have never broken a ladder and have found it to be a safety red flag warning to never work for someone with broken ladders.

Maybe that IS the worst thing.

I have a homing ladder one day its hanging on my fence, another it’s across the street, then back. Next, 2 houses down, then return. It visits more neighbors than I do.

I bet he will tell Frank where he can put his broken ladder and I don’t mean the landfill.

That’s a neighbor with chutzpah.

He’s broken up with Frank’s empathy.

He should tell frank: put that broken ladder where the sun don’t shine.

Tell him I’ll return it when he returns my safety harness.

What? Not even a GET WELL wish?

I’ll buy it from the proceeds of my law suit.

“…and a better one. The way that old one broke means HE could be hurt!!”

Frank is such a concerned neighbor. Maybe Herman will sue Frank for letting him use a ladder in such dangerous condition!!!

She: And he has been consoling me…a lot!

A poor quality ladder can be such a huge letdown.
