Our dems did that on a vote last year to avoid a quorum.

Nothing can (or will) stop him from speechifying!

Congress does this a lot. The pose at the podium for a photo op.

Because of his controversial theories that ridicule most of their own theories, his colleagues are “steamed” and boycotted his lecture: “I’m So Smart, And the Rest of You Are So Stupid!”
