Jon, surely having a girlfriend has taught you that sometimes “Quit while you’re ahead” is the best advice you can ever follow?

Garfield is one of a kind, he walks like a human, he’s fat (and has a big appetite), he has big eyes and big feet, there’s no cat in the world like that.

Stopping Jon from saying more was for the benefit of both of them.

The last time Jon said that Garfield was one of a kind, he went on to say, “At least, that’s what the entire world/human race is hoping!” But I don’t remember what date that was. Anyone remember?

See, Garfield does like Jon, he called him Pal. Unless it short for Provide A lunch.
