funny thing is, as a kid I sucked at Pac-Man but now I am pretty darn good at it. As a side-note, I had atrocious fine motor skills as a kid and My occupational therapist encouraged my parents to let me play Any and every kind of video game device I could get my hand on to build up my hand skills. Fast forward 25 years I say it paid off!
Let’s see, as I had no idea, I asked Alexa when Pac Man came out. 1982 you say? You guys are making me feed REAL old. I was already 32 by then. Pac Man was my sons game. Think I might have tried it a few times. It was fun but I had 2 kids, probably a dog and cat or two, a house to keep clean and a job so I could help put food on the table. I was re-married though and very happy. Just no time to actually play games.

A game about eating – what’s not to love? (I may have made this comment before. I’m gettin’ pretty old, and turned into my parents ages ago.)

I remember playing old school RPGs for hours on end.
Reinstalling them in 2022 leads to the inevitable question “how did I ever do this?”
(and the answer, of course, is that I ws young and carefree with time to burn)

My downfall was my own hubris (see panel 1). Haha!
