NATIONAL ANOTHER LOOK UNLIMITED DAY. National Another Look Unlimited Day on the day after Labor Day provides an opportunity for Fall cleaning. Are you feeling green? Has stuff piled up around the house since Spring cleaning time? This observance is a day dedicated to taking a look around your home and ridding it of the excess things you have accumulated. Think Spring cleaning meets Fall cleaning.It’s time to clear out the closets. Purge the attic. Donate toys and clothes. Tidy up, clean up and put to use those items that have a purpose!
Yes, I need to do that, but it won’t be today. No purging my attic, though. Nothing up there except insulation. I’ve never been in the attic and there is no reason for me to ever go up there. and honestly, has stuff piled up since spring cleaning time? I never did the spring cleaning thing!
I thought some of you might like to see Annie relaxing on my couch. I never see her actually sleeping. She always seems to have her eyes a little open. I guess she sleeps when I’m not around. But at least she’s relaxed. I know now that I will not have to release her outside. I’ve taken down her crate since she was no longer going in it. She knows where the litter boxes and where the food and water dishes are and she uses them. She has no quarrels with any of my other cats. She hisses at me if she thinks I’m getting too close to her. She seems to spend most of her time on the couch, but she ducks under the coffee table in front of the couch when she gets scared. But still, that’s hiding in plain sight, which I say is a good thing. Here’s Annie.
“Monday I am calling a different company to hopefully switch over.”
I am on a Verizon wifi hub. Due to current unknown uncertain circumstances I have forgone hooking up to Comcast with the added benefit that when I travel, if I do again, I can get my net just ‘bout anywhere. No more looking for hotspots when on the road. The Orbic™ has 2.4 and 5 G settings. I find the 5G one works best for me. One drawback on the phone “spots” is you can’t extend the range like you can off a router with mesh type devices. I would have to run a cable from the comp to a receiver device placed within range of the hotspot. It comes with its own number so I can be online and on my phone at the same time which does happen.
Whisperflicker has been having a bad time with her comp and I am not able to help get it right. She has contact with her man from the old home area who will be able to run her rig remotely and there will be contact tomorrow, which means later this morning.
Grandma is so cute and adorable. I can see the family resemblance as to why Annie is so sweet.
We played the “have you seen my glasses” game with my mother all the time. First place we would look is to see if she was (1) wearing them in place or (2) wearing them on top of her head. If neither, they could be anywhere, and I do mean anywhere. “Did you look in the freezer?” was the running joke in our house since the day we finally found her keys there.
With me, it’s the “which glasses am I wearing” game. My eyesight is so bad, I have three pairs of glasses for different situations.
Very amusing. Might be nice to see Annie’s grandparents more often. (As long as we still got to see the kitties, that is.) On another note,saw two chickadees, two dragonflies, a junco, and three robins while out walking today.

Very amusing. Might be nice to see Annie’s grandparents more often. (As long as we still got to see the kitties, that is.) On another note,saw two chickadees, two dragonflies, a junco, and three robins while out walking today.
