I miss the gym so much, closest here is 26 miles away AND expensive, $40 a month! And my insurance doesn’t have “Silver Sneakers” (stupid of them) November is open season, new insurance?
If you exercise correctly, things won’t ache so much, be as stiff, or kill you so much after a while and it will be worth it – but you have to do it right.
lots of heavy breathing, grunting, and groaning first thing in the morning. never miss a day even during the C word time. but after getting out of bed, I usually just grab a cup of java and read the go comics. js
I’m one of the lucky ones who have no trouble working out at home. Elliptical, bike and strengthening bands 3-4 times a week. Plus my wife taught me some yoga positions. It has all been worth it! I feel bad only when I DON’T work out!

Since I started doing the exercises my physical therapist taught me, I no longer have back pain.

I have all of those symptoms without the work out.

All those pains eventually ease up. Poor health takes longer.

I feel like that for a half hour on exercise days, so I don’t feel like that all day, every day.

I take Tylenol after a hard work out, usually about half the time.

It is worth it. But, it Frank might be overdoing it, which can be counterproductive.
